This gives a very strong fabric that still feels soft and can be washed at 30 degrees. The inner cushion is made of unbleached cotton and filled with buckwheat chaff.

The inner cushion and the outer cover both have a zipper in the side so that the cushion can be used on 2 sides. This is also useful for topping up and washing the cover.

The pillows are filled to the maximum. For some people this is too high or too hard. We recommend that you remove some of the filling from the pillow immediately after purchase and keep it in an empty jam jar or well-sealed plastic bag. It can then be used again later to refill the pillow so that you don't have to buy a loose filling.

Want to know more about meditation cushions? Read this information page.
