How do I find the right item?
Use the search function or browse a category under Assortment. Each product page shows the available options and product information. Not sure whether an item suits you? Please contact us for help.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out without creating an account. Enter your email address and delivery details at checkout. A customer account lets you find your previous orders.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, displayed product prices include VAT. Your order summary shows the applicable VAT and delivery costs before you pay.
What does delivery within the Netherlands cost?
Letterbox delivery within the Netherlands costs € 4.50. Parcel delivery costs € 6.95. These prices include VAT.
Do you deliver to other EU countries?
Yes. Delivery to other EU countries costs € 9.95 including VAT. Enter your delivery address to see the available shipping option and total cost.
Can I collect my order at a PostNL pickup point?
Yes. For a Dutch delivery address, choose ‘Afhalen bij PostNL-punt’ at checkout. This costs € 6.95 including VAT. Select your pickup point on the thank-you page after payment. If you forget, you will receive a reminder email.
How can I pay?
Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order. These can vary by country and device. Choose your preferred available method and check the total before paying.
When will my order arrive?
Check the delivery information on the product page and at checkout. See our Shipping page for more information. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before placing your order.
What if I want to return an item or something is wrong?
Our Warranty and returns page explains returns and warranty information. If your item is damaged or your order is incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can help.
